How Our System Works:
Lead Winds uses an online system that houses the digital textbook, the audiobook, videos, and the resources.
The content is split up by chapter.
With each chapter having all of the resources for that chapter.
This makes it easy for students to find the content that they are looking for.
Here is how it looks when a student views a video:
How students and faculty log in:
Click the login link on any leadwinds.com page.
This will take out to learn.leadwinds.com. Click the “Sign In” link.
Then either login or create an account.
How students would buy the course
We will give each teacher a link to their course. They are able to put that link in the syllabus or on the board. It would be something simple, such as: leadwinds.com/3453 or leadwinds.com/Johnson12 (Johnson being the teacher).
After the student creates an account, students can go to that link to buy the course. Or if they purchased it with financial aid from the bookstore, they would have a coupon code to put in to give them full access to the course.
If it’s part of inclusive access, students would either have a code they can enter in or they would automatically be enrolled.
